With obesity becoming a national concern, GPs are under more and more pressure to provide answers. WeightWatchers came to us to develop a digital campaign to promote its GP Referral Programme by targeting Public Health commissioners.
We designed and developed an email campaign, targeting these commissioners in local government. Over the course of three engaging emails, we were able to raise awareness of the programme and present the decision makers with compelling evidence to support the WeightWatchers GP Referral Programme service.
Each email received higher than average open rates. Email 1 enjoyed an open rate of 18.1%, email 2 saw an impressive 19.9% open rate and email 3 drew a solid 15.9% open rate. These open rates are made even more attractive when you take into account just how difficult it is to engage with Public Health commissioners.
